Oh snap we did it again! We took a delicious meat favorite, and turned into another fantastic plant-based meal! A rice dish, originally from Valencia, Paella is one of the best known dishes in Spanish cuisine! The Saffron threads gives our paella its distinctive colour, an earthy floral aroma. The Chickpeas, kalamata olives, and green peppers gives our version of the paella a unique twist on a timeless classic. Venga!
